How We're Compensated

Keith Ward is dually registered as an investment advisor representative of Four Points Advisors (an SEC-registered investment adviser) and as a registered representative of Four Points Capital Partners (a FINRA member broker-dealer). When providing investment advisory services — such as family office advisory, asset allocation, and ongoing portfolio oversight — compensation is earned through advisory fees. When acting in a brokerage capacity on specific securities transactions, including certain private placements, compensation may be earned through commissions or placement fees. The capacity in which we act, and the applicable fees, are disclosed in connection with each engagement. For complete information, please review our Form CRS and Form ADV.

Alternative investments are speculative, involve a high degree of risk including complete loss of principal. There is no assurance any investment will achieve its objectives. Investments are illiquid, not listed on an exchange, and are generally long-term investments intended only for accredited and institutional investors.
